David Kozal
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer of i2c, David Kozal leads the finance and accounting groups and is responsible for financial plans and policies, fiscal controls, financial reporting and corporate investments. He also ensures that the company’s growth strategy is in line with its financial health and works closely with the management team on growth strategies.
David is an accomplished CFO, strategic advisor and operational-focused leader. He has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting with experience in various industries including financial services, technology, real estate and banking services. Prior to joining i2c, David held CFO positions at First Data Resources, Payment Alliance International and V-Soft Consulting.
His CFO management responsibilities include private companies, private equity-owned and public companies ranging from $20M to over $1B in revenues. He is a CFO with accomplished skills for identifying growth opportunities as well as creating operational efficiencies.
David was awarded ‘CFO of the Year’ in 2012 by Louisville Business First, which is a part of the premier nationwide business media platform The Business Journals. He has also been an active Board member of Habitat for Humanity for over 15 years.
