Global Head of Operations
As Global Head of Operations, John is responsible for i2c’s value-added services (including Contact Center Operations, Fraud Management & Dispute Operations, and Program Management). John also oversees Risk Management, Compliance & Auditing functions as well as i2c’s Government Services business unit.
With over 30 years of financial services and payments industry experience, John is a proven leader and has worked in or consulted to industry organizations, including banks, issuers, program managers, payment networks, payment processors and other organizations involved in the payments ecosystems. His areas of expertise include credit, debit and prepaid payments for consumer, commercial and government sectors.
Most recently, John was a Director and part of the leadership team of PwC’s Payments Practice. Prior to PwC, John worked for over 20 years at Edgar, Dunn & Company, a payments consultancy, where he served as the America’s Market Lead and CFO. John started his career in Corporate Planning at Comerica Bank where he was responsible for strategic planning and development of the bank’s annual budget and long-term financial plan.
