As CFO, Charlie leads the finance and accounting groups and is responsible for financial plans and policies, fiscal controls, financial reporting, HR and corporate investments. He also ensures that the company’s growth strategy is in line with its financial health and works closely with the management team on growth strategies. Charlie brings to i2c more than 30 years of financial experience at leading firms such as PwC, CyberSource, ComVentures and FLG Partners. A former Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) audit partner, his areas of expertise include venture capital financing, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions. Charlie has led the IPOs of two companies during his career as a CFO including CyberSource (since acquired by Visa).

Before joining i2c, Peg was senior vice president of business operations for First Data Corporation, where she led client services for the company’s Financial Services Business organization, managing 400 employees responsible for the strategic interface between the company’s executive, legal, and product teams and its clients. Previously, she was vice president of Global Service Delivery for First Data, overseeing the Communications and Support organization. As i2c’s executive vice president of Global Client Success, Peg leads the global operations of i2c’s client services and customer success organizations and is responsible for scaling the company’s service delivery operations worldwide.
