Most recently, Jim served as a strategic consultant and advisor to many Silicon Valley fintech startups. Prior to consulting, he worked at Visa for eighteen years. During his last position as Visa’s EVP of Innovation and Strategic Partnerships, he was responsible for the development of their product and technology roadmap, innovation efforts, and led business development for strategic partnerships. He was also responsible for the introduction of both 3-D Secure and the Visa Token Service, which have become industry standards, as well as contributed to the launch of Apple Pay®.

Ava is a seasoned payments executive with over 25 years of experience in the US, Canada and multiple international markets where she held several executive leadership positions at both VISA and American Express. At VISA, Ava led the market implementation of the US VISA Signature premium product platform, taking it to the market leader position. She created the US Consumer Credit Product Consulting services, ultimately assuming leadership responsibilities for the North America Consumer Credit product team. Ava also led Visa’s global premium product platform strategy that drove market launches in North America, Asia and the Middle East. Prior to that, Ava’s experience at American Express includes roles as Chief of Staff to the CEO, corporate strategy, advertising, Membership Rewards program management as well as merchant and stored valued product marketing.

Most recently, Nikki worked for Fiserv as head of Consumer Adoption Marketing within the Corporate Marketing group responsible for driving greater growth and adoption of products and services developed for financial institution customers. Prior to Fiserv, she worked for Visa, Inc. as senior business leader of Strategy and Planning for Global Consumer Products. Nikki had an early focus on the development and growth of PIN debit in the U.S. while serving in executive marketing and business development roles at STAR/First Data, at a time when the ATM and Debit network grew from a three-state footprint into the leading PIN-secured debit network in the country.
