Recognized as a pioneer in the prepaid/stored value industry, Amir founded software development firm Innovative Private Limited in 1987 and led the global launch of the transaction processing platform FastCash. Propelled by the success of Innovative, he founded i2c, Inc. in 2001 to bring next-generation processing solutions to the payments industry. Contributing to the company’s expansive growth curve, under Amir’s guidance, i2c has introduced a number of industry firsts, including card-linked offers, event-driven account holder communications and gift card voice personalization.

As CFO, Charlie leads the finance and accounting groups and is responsible for financial plans and policies, fiscal controls, financial reporting, HR and corporate investments. He also ensures that the company’s growth strategy is in line with its financial health and works closely with the management team on growth strategies. Charlie brings to i2c more than 30 years of financial experience at leading firms such as PwC, CyberSource, ComVentures and FLG Partners. A former Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) audit partner, his areas of expertise include venture capital financing, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions. Charlie has led the IPOs of two companies during his career as a CFO including CyberSource (since acquired by Visa).

He also provides counsel regarding i2c’s commercial real estate matters, employment law and intellectual property portfolio. Rob has over 17 years of legal experience with most of it specifically focused in the payments industry and was most recently a Senior Counsel at First Data Corporation.

Prior to joining i2c, Joe was a principal with Sales Benchmark Index, a management consultancy specializing in sales and marketing. He has also led revenue functions for a number of publicly traded companies including Paychex, Intuit, Merrill Lynch, and Employers Insurance Group.
Joe has earned a distinguished reputation as a thought leader with intimate knowledge and understanding of the customer and buyer’s mindset. He authored a book titled The Customer Mindset: Thinking Like Your Customer to Create Remarkable Results, and has published several white papers and blogs on marketing, sales, and leadership topics.
