Charlie brings to i2c more than 30 years of financial experience at leading firms such as PwC, CyberSource, ComVentures and FLG Partners. A former Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) audit partner, his areas of expertise include venture capital financing, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions. Charlie has led the IPOs of two companies during his career as a CFO including CyberSource (since acquired by Visa).

Prior to joining i2c, Joe was a principal with Sales Benchmark Index, a management consultancy specializing in sales and marketing. He has also led revenue functions for a number of publicly traded companies including Paychex, Intuit, Merrill Lynch, and Employers Insurance Group.
Joe has earned a distinguished reputation as a thought leader with intimate knowledge and understanding of the customer and buyer’s mindset. Nikki has over 30 years of marketing expertise in electronic payments and financial services, both domestically and globally. Most recently, Nikki worked for Fiserv as head of Consumer Adoption Marketing within the Corporate Marketing group responsible for driving greater growth and adoption of products and services developed for financial institution customers. Prior to Fiserv, she worked for Visa, Inc. as senior business leader of Strategy and Planning for Global Consumer Products. Nikki had an early focus on the development and growth of PIN debit in the U.S. while serving in executive marketing and business development roles at STAR/First Data, at a time when the ATM and Debit network grew from a three-state footprint into the leading PIN-secured debit network in the country.

Rob has over 17 years of legal experience with most of it specifically focused in the payments industry and was most recently a senior counsel at First Data Corporation.
