He joins from American Banknote Corporation, an international payment card manufacturer operating across the U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Earlier, he served in corporate development at TD Bank evaluating banking, insurance, and fintech M&A opportunities throughout North America. Prior to TD he was in strategic finance at Juul Labs through a period of significant transformation. He began his career in financial institutions investment banking at Goldman Sachs, in private equity at The Carlyle Group’s Global Financial Services Buyout fund, and as a portfolio manager investing in financial services at BHR Capital and Folger Hill Asset Management. He holds a degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Joseph lives in New York City with his wife, Anna, and their children, Edith (10) and Stan (8).
