Meredith is a highly accomplished legal executive with over 20 years of experience navigating the intersection of financial services, technology, and regulatory compliance. Previously, Meredith served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Fidelity National Information Services (FIS), where she was a strategic partner to business, product, and engineering teams.

She successfully advised on legal, compliance, and risk issues across critical digital asset domains, including card programs, money movement, embedded finance, financial intelligence, and digital assets. In this role, she led a team of attorneys, negotiated high-value client and partnership agreements, and provided critical legal oversight for product development and data security.

Meredith is a passionate advocate for higher education, previously representing numerous private universities. She currently serves on the Jacksonville University Honors College Executive Council, contributing strategic advice and thought leadership. She holds a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and is actively licensed in Florida, with admissions in Washington, D.C., and Maryland.
