i2c Appoints New Head of Global Client Success to Oversee Growth of Service Delivery Worldwide

Veteran Financial Services Executive Cathy Corby Iannuzzelli to Lead Client Services Globally

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – November 10, 2015 – i2c, a global provider of smarter payments and integrated commerce solutions, today announced that it has appointed Cathy Corby Iannuzzelli as senior vice president of Global Client Success to oversee its client services and customer success operations worldwide. Ms. Iannuzzelli is based in Redwood City and will report directly to i2c’s Chief Executive Officer Amir Wain.

The strategic hire is a key milestone in i2c’s rapid global growth. The company will be adding operations and service support centers in key geographies, with the first new operations center in Montreal, Canada anticipated to be operational in early 2016. Ms. Iannuzzelli will be responsible for servicing clients through all phases of their interaction with i2c, from program development and implementation to migration and post-launch support.

Ms. Iannuzzelli has over 30 years of experience in financial services and payments. Most recently as founder and president of Corby & Company, Inc., she assisted processors, banks, program managers and distributors in developing, implementing, and managing prepaid programs. Previously, Ms. Iannuzzelli held leadership positions in product, business development, and relationship management for prepaid processors TransCard and FSV Payment Systems, and the merchant processing and debit divisions of TSYS. Earlier in her career she held executive positions at three regional banks and was a senior consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton and Speer & Associates.
