Redwood City, CA—February 8, 2010—i2c Inc. and RTP Financial Services jointly announced an agreement for i2c Inc., an innovative provider of prepaid processing and payment solutions, to provide prepaid/debit card processing services for PayPartners, a leading provider of e-payment solutions.

PayPartners’ MasterCard®-branded pay card allows employees who do not have a traditional bank account to receive their paychecks by direct deposit through ACH on to a MasterCard debit card. The PayPartners program allows employers to move to 100% electronic payroll while reducing expenses and adding efficiencies within their payroll processes. The PayPartners MasterCard debit card helps employees save time and money and also provides them an opportunity to access the same services available with traditional bank accounts.

With i2c’s My Card Place (MCP), PayPartners was able to take its MasterCard-branded pay card to market quickly, while taking advantage of MCP’s robust suite of parameters and settings that control all aspects of the transaction, customizable for each card program. i2c provides full turnkey service for PayPartners’ programs, including IVR services, live customer service, and i2c’s innovative, secure, multilingual mobile solution, mRay. The flexibility of MCP will also allow PayPartners to add and change components and features as needed in the future, all the while retaining nimble control in real-time.
