At i2c we have conceptualized and produced high value, performance-based training programs that empower and educate our clients. i2c provides a comprehensive and critical training initiative, “The Knowledge Transfer and Modular Training Program” (MTP). MTP delivers a tightly integrated and purposeful training program with business-process aligned functionality and modularity.
MTP delivers the highest quality products and services with increased responsiveness to client needs. MTP is a client-centered concern, focused on continuous improvement while measuring performance and functionality to drive the MTP and our client’s skill sets.
Our team of instructional designers provides unparalleled education, skills, and tools for use with our two industry leading products MCP and Fastcash. As an addendum we also offer modules on the prepaid card industry and POSA.
Our training programs are designed to deliver results. We use proven instructional principles and methods to create innovative and interactive learning modules. Through our training services, i2c helps clients maximize the full functionality of our products.
Delivered by an i2c certified trainer, product training courses are designed to introduce participants to the vast capabilities offered by MCP and FastCash and establish the core skills needed to use them effectively. Course structure follows a modular design, allowing for customization of training solutions specific for each company.
Both new and long term clients can customize their training solution to meet their needs. The training program is not just for management. Marketing, sales, business development and technical support should all have full exposure to our products. All levels of users will benefit from our interactive and comprehensive modules. We encourage our clients to expand the knowledge base of i2c’s products throughout the company. In fact, we make it mandatory that the point of contact with our help desk is certified. This improves communication and problem resolution tremendously between i2c and clients.
Certification also demands proficiency in all of the tools necessary to conceive, control and configure our products. Increasing end users product knowledge and teaching best practices for effectively deploying and using MCP and FastCash, leads to increased organizational productivity, efficiencies and, most importantly lays the foundation for a successful and profitable relationship.
All course material is available online, so sessions may be started and stopped at any point - content is delivered on-demand according to the user’s schedule.
All course sessions use a mix of multimedia to present material, including text, video, diagrams, charts, slide shows, and personal one on one interaction. Quizzes will be conducted at the end of every module. Quizzes are interactive, and provide immediate feedback to close the learning loop.
