Jean has over 25 years of experience running large operations in the payments industry. Prior to joining i2c, Jean managed 2,500 contact center employees for North America and 1,000 contact center seats in three global locations for First Data Corporation. She has experience leading client services, conversions, implementation, and plastic manufacturing organizations for large credit, debit, and government clients in the Financial Services Business organization. Additionally, Jean managed client relationships in both the debit and credit space. As i2c’s senior vice president of Operations, Jean leads global operations, including contact centers, fraud, disputes, and third-party partner relationships, and is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality services for our customers.
