C-Manager is responsible for administrating the operational cycle of a card program. It is used to define the card program, such as program limits; assign sales channels to specific cards; enter sales channel (distributor/reseller/retail merchant) information; set commission rates on service (cardholder) fees; set program parameters, such as operational rules; define sales policies; establish fraud parameters, such as funding and usage rules; and identify alert criteria, such as card/account balance or fraud hits. By enabling the independent configuration of card parameters, C-Manager enables tailored products and services can be quickly and easily launched.
FastCash makes the prepaid product delivery efficient while improving control. It minimizes suspect transactions, improves inventory turnover, provides real-time transaction information and improves customer service.
FastCash prepaid application can be integrated with your existing POS application or can be deployed as an independent application. The application allows download of variable product lists & receipt formats based on the sales location. It also offers the most flexible commission computation schemes allowing unlimited number of participants to earn commission on a sale based on the product sold, location and time of the year etc.
The Web module allows the participating merchants to view their activity online using a browser. The yet to be Internet friendly merchants may use a touch tone telephone to get information on the activity at their store locations.
The data port module facilitates import of electronic product inventory and export of ACH or other accounting related data. Users may define new data import/export formats using an easy to use wizard.
