Amir Wain - Chief Executive Officer |
|
Amir Wain, founded Innovative, a sister company of i2c, in 1987, as a software development consulting firm. Six years later, architected and guided by Amir’s vision, a transaction processing platform called FastCash was launched. Propelled by the success of Innovative and new market opportunities, Amir Wain founded i2c in 2000. In 2003 i2c launched MCP, an innovative and leading stored value card management platform and quickly became a pioneer in electronic distribution of prepaid products and services, and now offers transaction processing, stored value card management, POSA solutions and prepaid application services.

Blake Crisp- Director Account Management |
|
Blake manages the Account Management and Client Relations team. He joined with over twenty years experience in the banking and payment systems industries, the previous 16 with Visa Inc. Blake has an extensive background in Customer Service, Client Relations, and Account Management. While at Visa, Blake served as an Account Manager for several large issuing and acquiring financial institutions. In addition to Blake's background in Account Management, he also has experience with International Customer Service Call Centers and Reward Products.

Muhammad Iqbal Malik – Director HR |
|
Iqbal Malik has more than 15 years of experience in software development, project management and human resources. He is Director of the i2c Development Center and is responsible for overseeing operations, public relations, and managing cross functional teams in Pakistan, with years of involvement in process definition and process improvement frameworks, Iqbal actively coordinates with Quality Engineering in process improvement efforts.
In addition to his technical experience, Iqbal also has a background in HR and implements HR policies and initiatives, including recruitment and human resource development. Before joining, Iqbal served in managerial positions at a number of leading software houses in Pakistan. Iqbal is also a Global Member of Society for Human Resource Management.

Patrick Yokley - Director Infrastructure |
|
Patrick has over fifteen years of industry experience including design and deployment of complex data centers. He has extensive experience with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), audits, program development, release-to-production, server management/deployment, program management, and more. While at Symantec, he built data centers, developed an infrastructure to support its financial services, and provide 24/7 support services. He was directly involved in initiatives to aid Hyperion applications and Lombardi workflow into services to automate various manual tasks. He played a key role integrating servers and services during all mergers and acquisitions.

Eric Thacker - Director Marketing |

Eric has over 20 years of experience analyzing markets, uncovering key trends, identifying and satisfying customer needs, and ensuring clear, effective external communication of company positioning, strategy, and roadmap. He was an analyst for the National Research Council and a major Sloan Foundation competitiveness study and has directed product management and strategic, inbound, outbound, channel, and software marketing at AMD, Xilinx, Altera, and Credence Systems. Eric has deep experience managing marketing efforts for product lines from several million dollars to over $300M.

MaryAnn Allison - Director Operations |
|
MaryAnn has an extensive background in payment systems and technology that began in the computer room at JC Penny in the 1970's and from there progressed to writing assembler programs for VTAM networks. From there, MaryAnn served as a Product Manager and oversaw the product development and marketing for Computer Associates and Candle Corporation, emerging network product lines for 7 years, before moving on to Visa, where MaryAnn served as Vice President. While at Visa, MaryAnn's many assignments consisted of improving the VisaNet member implementation process; leading efforts to re-engineer the various components of VisaNet to accommodate the newly defined dispute resolution rules; including enabling the ability to take advantage of improved technology capabilities; and was the department head overseeing implementation of network security initiatives globally. After a much needed rest, MaryAnn worked at Palm Desert National Bank implementing prepaid Visa and MasterCard card programs for one year prior to joining the i2c, inc. team.

Zohair Mustafeez – Director Projects |
|
Zohair brings over 20 years of experience in software design, development, and project management as well as in payment processing, tax systems, and revenue collection. His role involves overseeing Pakistan operations and managing cross-functional teams. He has successfully managed design, development, and roll out of ERP and financial applications for government and leading U.S.A. and Pakistan Corporations.
Prior to joining, Zohair managed revenue services and headed the development center of his previous employer. While working for a U.S.A. subsidiary of the same company, he managed the implementation of workflow-enabled loan servicing systems for Countrywide Financial Corporation, PHH Mortgage (formerly Cendant Mortgage), National City
Mortgage, and Wells Fargo.
