| Amir Wain – Chief Executive Officer |
|
| Amir Wain is a pioneer in the prepaid card industry. He founded Innovative Private Limited, a software-development firm, in 1987 and led the development of the transaction processing platform FastCash. Propelled by the success of Innovative and expanding market opportunities, Wain founded i2c Inc. in 2001 and with his team, launched My Card PlaceSM (MCP), i2c’s customizable, feature-rich card processing platform. Under Wain, i2c has introduced a number of prepaid industry firsts, including its Campaign Manager, Giftogram and i-Coupons products. He introduced the term “Prepaid2.0” to describe the change in mindset that embraces previously underserved cardholders as valuable customers and leads to comprehensive and flexible lifestyle products that incorporate value-added services and foster customer loyalty. At i2c, Wain continues to develop his vision with strategies to meet the needs of the evolving prepaid marketplace. |

| Charlie Noreen – Chief Financial Officer |

| Charlie Noreen, i2c's Chief Financial Officer, has over 25 years of finance experience garnered at top technology companies. A Certified Public Accountant, his areas of expertise include venture capital financing, IPO, merger and acquisition and divestiture. Noreen is currently a Partner at FLG Partners and prior to that, served as CFO at Fuse Capital, an early stage venture capital firm with over $1.5 billion under management. He started his career as an audit partner at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and later served as CFO for BlueArc Corp., CyberSource Corp., and RockShox, Inc. Noreen lead the successful IPOs of both CyberSource and Rockshox and has served on the board of directors at MarketTools. |

| Jim Ackerson is focused on communicating how i2c's portfolio of innovative solutions drives improved client profitability. Ackerson brings over 20 years of executive-level experience from diverse leadership roles across card issuers, payment associations and card processors. Throughout his career, which includes leadership positions with industry leaders such as TSYS Loyalty & Prepaid, Fidelity National Information Services (FIS), MasterCard, CitiCards and MBNA, Ackerson has focused on developing solutions that deepen consumer engagement and create value for clients. |

| Jon Round – Senior Vice President, General Manager Prepaid |
|
| Jon Round has over 20 years experience in mobile, IT, prepaid and global payments. He joined i2c from Planet Payment, a multi-currency acquiring processor, where he was Vice President, International Business Development. Prior to this, Round grew and led the international business and global key account portfolio for Wildcard Systems (now Fidelity Information Systems) and was responsible for the full prepaid lifecycle. He expanded the business into 36 countries supporting 190 prepaid programs. During this period, Round also launched the first ever Visa prepaid card programs in Canada and the United Kingdom. At i2c, Round is responsible for all client-facing functional teams including business development, client account management, industry relationships and client support services. |

| Zohair Mustafeez – Vice President, Engineering |
|
| Zohair Mustafeez has more than 25 years of experience in application development, technology enablement and project management. Mustafeez leverages his deep knowledge of prepaid processing platforms and business process management to lead i2c's Engineering unit. Before joining i2c, Mustafeez was Development Director at Revenue Automation Limited where he oversaw the development and deployment of an integrated tax management solution for the Pakistan Federal Board of Revenue. Prior to that, Mustafeez headed the development center for Visionet Systems where he managed delivery of financial and enterprise applications for leading mortgage, apparel and insurance companies. |

| Stephen Diamond – Vice President, Client Account Management |

| Stephen Diamond has 30 years of experience in the payments industry, with eight years of prepaid experience and a deep background in business and product development, strategic marketing, and risk management. Diamond was a leader in the development of the prepaid category in the U.S. as a senior business leader of prepaid products at Visa Inc. Among his many accomplishments during his 12-year tenure at Visa, Diamond launched the Visa teen and gift card products, expanded gift-card distribution to more than 120,000 branch and retail locations, worked with financial institutions to develop product concepts and service offerings, with one idea resulting in the Visa Buxx card, and managed the personalized Visa Rewards program. |

| Nevil Patel – Vice President, Operations |
|
| With over 20 years of experience in information technology (IT) and operations, Nevil Patel serves as i2c's Vice President, Operations. He has extensive experience building high-performance teams that achieve operational excellence. Before joining i2c, Patel served as Chief Operating Officer at both S&L Solutions and Pi Sigma Group, IT consultancy and development companies. At Pi Sigma Group, he built and managed the development team of the company's Geopaq subsidiary which enabled its successful acquisition. Prior to that, Patel served as Vice President of Operations at CresSoft where he managed over 230 developers across three global development sites. A Certified Information System Auditor, Patel leverages his expertise in IT and operations management, project oversight and business process management to oversee i2c's business operations. |
