The FastCash VRM is an interactive voice response application designed to work with the FastCash transaction processing system. With VRM your customers can get the information they need anytime, anywhere using a land line or a cellular phone. VRM accepts input from a touch-tone keypad and provides appropriate responses in the form of voice. It seamlessly interfaces with the FastCash database for quick and accurate information.
The VRM console can be used to record new messages and prompts enabling your marketing department to relay appropriate messages to your customers. The system supports multiple languages enabling you to serve a wide variety of demographics with ease. |

| To complement the FastCash transaction processing platform, i2c created IRIS, an Internet-based web reporting and back office information delivery system. IRIS provides access to current information, reporting features, and transaction history at any time virtually anywhere. All monthly reports, transaction detail reports, and settlement history reports may be requested when you want them. Now, if you have access to the Internet, you have access to your network at your fingertips. |

IRIS allows customers to use the Internet to get access to their account from anywhere in the world. It allows them to query their account balances, pay their bills, wire transfer funds, request for a check book or statement of account and leave messages for the account representative.
All a cardholder needs to manage his money from anywhere at anytime is access to the Internet. Customers who do not have a card yet can use a standard browser to apply for a card online. The card issuer can post informative and promotional information on the login page to effectively use its presence on the Internet. The system is secure and uses the SSL technology. |
