FastCash is a secure, reliable, scalable and portable platform for Electronic Transaction Processing in a multi-institution, multi-functional, online/offline environment. The system accepts transactions from a diverse range of delivery channels, intelligently switching them to a variety of external networks.
The host manager middleware isolates the host related complexities from the core kernel and supports all major networks including VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover, JCB besides proprietary networks.
FastCash is based on open system architecture and uses the Relational Database technology offering scalability, portability, reliability and extensibility. User-defined reports may be added to the system using any of the ODBC compliant reporting tools besides the monitoring capabilities available through the Web.
The system provides comprehensive settlement and reconciliation reports besides generating billing and accounting reports. The ability to log and track charge-back and support cases deliver the necessary tools for the customer service representatives to resolve these cases efficiently. |
