| C-Manager is responsible for administrating the operational cycle of a card program. It defines the card program limits; assigns sales channels to specific cards; enters sales channel (distributor/reseller/retail merchant) information; sets commission rates on service (cardholder) fees; sets program parameters, such as operational rules; defines sales policies; establishes fraud parameters, such as funding and usage rules; and identifies alert criteria, such as card/account balance or fraud hits. By enabling the independent configuration of such parameters, C-Manager enables tailored products and services can be quickly and easily launched. |

| Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system is the most used service delivery channel in the stored value industry. Cardholders are familiar with and comfortable using IVR systems. It is also one of the most economical ways of providing customer service.
C-Touch, our state of the art, multilingual IVR system, offers the most comprehensive transaction set in the industry. Furthermore its robust voice recognition capability makes it easy to interact with the system. Using C-Touch cardholders can carry out all functions available on the cardholder website including account information, transfers, buddy list management and access to a number of value added services.
C-Touch also enables clients to autonomously change the welcome greeting and up to three announcement messages played when cardholders call the IVR for customer service. C-Touch administrators can access the system via a telephone and record, edit and/or re-record messages. C-Touch gives the flexibility required to quickly deploy any messages or announcements without incurring the traditional risks associated with costly deployments.
C-Touch can play a variety of interesting announcements until an agent is available to take their call. These messages can provide product information, promote services or educate callers about the company. Messages can be scheduled to play on certain dates for holidays and events. C-Touch can also be used to prompt callers to have information available before talking to a live agent (card numbers, account information, etc.) and helps prepare the caller, speeds up call processing and occupies the caller while they wait on-hold. |

Channel Pro is a flexible and fully integrated commission calculation and sales management solution. Stakeholders, services and rates are identified in a tree hierarchy and this information becomes the sales policy for the program, which can be modified or duplicated for similar card programs. Any number of stakeholders, in any hierarchy, can be added to any sales policy. Once defined, each stakeholder is given secure access to sales information and commission details based on their user role. Channel Matrix |

Channel Matrix is a simpler but less flexible option than Channel Pro. Matrix has two dimensions; a level in the chain and a stakeholder category. At the intersection of these two values, the commission for any service provided is defined. The size of the matrix and the number of levels are configurable. The Matrix is only defined once for the entire program. However, a card program that uses Channel Matrix can have only one matrix attached to it. Conditions can be set under which stakeholders can move from one category to another. For example the CPM may want to move stakeholders with over 5000 cards to gold category from silver. Stakeholders can also pay their way to a higher status. Channel Matrix is particularly effective for multi-level marketing schemes. |

C-Cart allows customers to purchase and load their cards online and enables you to manage the card inventory and online sales channels more effectively and efficiently. Save time, money and hassle selling through an established sales channel that provides proven marketing and payment processing technologies, innovative eCommerce platform and order fulfillment services.
C-Cart provides an optimal online marketplace presence. It creates better utilization of online marketing, advertising and promotion and supports higher margins, increased customer satisfaction, enhanced customer experience by offering many choices and options— any time, day or night and effective customer service and increased customer loyalty. C-Cart enables payments through credit cards, ACH or a bank DDA for the purchase and/or load of the card by the cardholder online. All purchase requests are immediately authenticated, verified before any new cards are issued. The card stock is warehoused in a secure location and fulfilled via a batch file generated by C-Cart. Cards are then personalized and mailed to the cardholder at their verified address from the fulfillment house. This functionality can be made available to you via C-Manager, the Program Management Module website and just like any other program; cards sold online are managed by the strict governance inherent in this module. |
