We have created a unique position within i2c, the Account Advocate (AA). The AA is your representative within i2c and ostensibly “works” for you. Their responsibility is to facilitate your every need and to derive maximum results and performance from within i2c. Our Account Advocates characterize our client centric corporate philosophy, which prides itself on the strength of our client relationships.

The strict definition of an Advocate is “One that argues for a cause; a supporter or defender”. We call them advocates as a result of our synergistic relationship with a client; we only succeed if our client does. Therefore, it behooves i2c to make sure our clients are doing well and generating significant revenues.

The primary role of our Account Advocates is to develop the client relationship and to maintain an understanding of our clients business in terms of current performance and future strategies. They will assist you in identifying further improvements and value-add opportunities. They also ensure that the client is constantly driving maximum value from i2c’s technology for business benefit and competitive advantage. This activity takes the form of regular communication, review and road-mapping sessions.

Account Advocates:
Educate clients in i2c’s value proposition
Engage with relevant client contacts
Communicate evolving i2c value proposition to clients effectively
Become the client’s primary point of education and information
Create demand and opportunity in client’s business through education and proactive discovery work
Effectively communicate the i2c product portfolio
Engage relevant i2c resources as necessary
Engage in ‘Client discovery’ – new information gathering
Are your liaison with our technology team
Continually review and develop business opportunities
Engage and manage the correct resource(s)
 
Account Advocates:
Are obsessed with the satisfaction and delivery to each client
Are able to question effectively to gain an understanding of our clients business needs
Understand the environment in which our clients operates in and maintain an awareness of all activity within it
Understand the application of i2c technology in their portfolio and the business impact it will have
Are capable of presenting technology roadmaps which demonstrate how a client can drive maximum value from i2c technology for competitive advantage
Demonstrate the necessary communication and interpersonal skills to interact with and present to clients at a high level
Are capable of preparing and executing a clear and concise account plan for each client organization
Are self managing, highly organized and capable of prioritizing work load based on client requirement and expectation
